Builders' Work Drawings

At project completion, we can take your marked-up construction drawings, site information and amendments and turn them into a clean, professional as-built drawing package.

Drawings can be issued electronically in DWG and PDF formats as required, ready for inclusion within the project's final record documentation.

Kentec does not undertake M&E engineering design in-house.

Instead, we specialise in producing professional technical drawings from the design and project information provided by contractors, consultants and other members of the project team.

The information doesn't always arrive as a perfect drawing package. We are accustomed to working with information from different sources and developing it into clear, consistent CAD drawings.

Outsourced CAD Support for M&E Contractors

Maintaining permanent drawing-office capacity for peak workloads doesn't always make commercial sense.

A contractor may have enough internal resource for normal operations and then win a project that suddenly creates a substantial drawing requirement.
