Planning & Building Regulations Enquiries

If you're contacting us about a house extension, loft conversion, new build, development or another Planning or Building Regulations project, tell us:

• What you're hoping to build or change
• Any relevant information you already have

Don't worry if you're only at the idea stage. We regularly work with homeowners who know what they want to achieve but need help developing the proposal and navigating Planning and Building Regulations.

M&E & Steelwork Drawing Enquiries

If you're requesting a quotation for M&E or structural steelwork/fabrication drawings, give us a brief description of the drawing package required.

We'll then establish what existing information is available, such as consultant's drawings, structural calculations, architectural drawings, specifications, sketches or mark-ups.

Larger drawing packages and supporting information can be sent to us by email or an agreed file-transfer service once we've established what's required.

Printing Enquiries

Need something printed?

You're welcome to walk into our Snodland High Street office during opening hours, or contact us beforehand.

For plan and general printing, we can provide:

• Same-day printing for many requirements
• Colour and black & white printing
• All standard paper sizes
• Large-format plans and drawings
• Oversized printing beyond A0
• Large-format scanning up to A0
• Drawing folding
• General document and business printing
• Wedding and funeral printing

There are parking bays directly in front of our office, making collection straightforward.
